Action Demanded To Improve Roads, Pavements, and Footpaths

19 Sep 2024

A number of roads and pavements have been resurfaced thanks to record investment fought for Liberal Democrat Councillors in the last two Council Budgets. However, there is obviously more work that needs done throughout the City and specifically in Newbridge and Ratho Station. The Local Lib Dem team will continue to fight for these improvements to be made.

Councillor Louise Young said "Residents in Newbridge and Ratho Station pay City of Edinburgh Council Tax and expect service to match - that means roads without potholes and pavements that aren't cracked. More repairs done to a higher quality is what residents deserve."
