Drum Brae Drive works

Works have finally begun on the long-awaited lights controlled crossing at the Drum Brae/Drum Brae Drive junction.

Local Lib Dem councillor Robert Aldridge said, "The community has been waiting many years for these works - with funding set aside but progress being delayed time and time again.

"We know there are some problems with the works, such as blocked pavements, but we are working with Council officers to get these fixed as quickly as we can."

The works finally began on Monday 22nd May and are expected to last around 8 weeks.
