Inverleith Park Temporary Toilets Update

For the last few years, from late Spring through to Autumn, temporary toilet facilities have been provided in Inverleith Park. A couple of years ago, thanks to funding included in the Liberal Democrat Council budget, further funds were made available to look at providing more permanent facilities that would be available all year around. 

These are presently being designed and although the works are delayed, hopefully these new facilities will be in place and operational by Spring next year. Finally, the present temporary facilities were due to be withdrawn 25th October. I have requested that they stay in place in the meantime. My understanding is that this will be the case in the short term, but for how long will depend on monitoring over the winter and on budget availability.
